Not only was he extremly professional, but such great fun, friendly and he really loves what he does. Mitch even drove over 100 miles to meet us & discuss our party thus ensuring he was able to give us the best party ever – and it truly was. Many of our guests asked who the DJ was and also commented that it was the best wedding party they’d ever been to. I can’t recommend Mitch highly enough. Friendly, helpful and accommodating, he went out of his way to help us plan the music for our evening bash, and saved us so much stress it’s unbelievable. Everyone had a brilliant time thanks to him – he played a perfect mix of stuff that got everyone on the dancefloor, and he reacts superbly to what his audience wants. He is really easy to get in touch with and is lovely and reassuring with you as the stress in the build-up to the big day kicks in! And he even gets you up DJing yourself if you so wish! We have had many, many compliments about the music Mitch played, with some guests saying it was the best wedding do they’ve ever been to. Mitch is the man for you!

Aside from saying our vows, I have to say that Mitch’s DJing was the highlight of our day. We had guests travelling from as far away as Canada and we really wanted to show them a good time! We were really nervous about the DJ which was included in our venue wedding package – having been at several drab wedding receptions where the DJ’s repertoire had consisted of ‘it’s raining men’ and ‘oops up side your head’with a meager set of lights and dodgy dicky bow. We wanted someone with an edge who would really get the party going – and Mitch did that 110%!! He read our guests and played music which got everyone on the dancefloor – his energy and enthusiasm for music are incredible and he did us proud. Since our wedding, 3 of my friends have got engaged and asked for Mitches details and I just wish we had another celebration so we could us him again. To any bride/groom out there who is worrying about this important wedding ingredient – I would strongly recommend Mitch Matthews – he won’t let you down and will go out of his way to ensure your experience is personal and stress free. He is well worth the price and earns every penny of it!

‘We had an amazing day! The evening was brilliant, not least because Mitch put such a lot into it. He is such a nice guy… he was so friendly, a great laugh, and played a great mix; loads of folk have commented on the excellent mix of music. He threw in loads from our play list and kept away from the typical cheese and wedding songs, much to our relief.
Mitch really went for it, getting each and every guest up on the dance floor for our first dance, which is exactly what we requested.
The evening disco something we were both a little anxious about, having been to some dire and lacklustre receptions over the years, but ours was fabulous and a perfect party send off – very many thanks.’

We had a brilliant evening and all our guests said what an excellent DJ Mitch was. We gave Mitch hardly any info about the music we liked and the selection of music that he pulled out the bag was just superb!!!!I am so glad that we gave him artistic license as it worked a treat and he played a massive array of music that suited all ages and ranges. Mitch is no mobile disco and is without doubt an entertainer of the highest degree and I would recommend him to everyone that wants the best party. I just wanted to contact you to let you know just how amazing we and the rest of the wedding guests thought Mitch was. I will be contacting him personally to let him know just how perfect he made our wedding. He completly listened to me and Dom when he came to visit us and I really felt like he personaliised our wedding and played the tunes and created the vibe that we had wished for. I know it was my own wedding so may be biased but I have never been to a wedding or a party where the atmosphere was so electric on the dance floor, the floor was never ever empty and to say he ended it on a high is an understatement. We have had so many people comment on him and I am just so pleased we had him for our wedding. I would definitely recommend him and hope other couples have the same experience that we had.
