A bit about me and my life so far

SunflowerI started my career at 16, helping out a local mobile disco. My reward was a bag of chips! But I wanted to play different tunes for different groups of people, not the same play-list every weekend. I started to DJ at a major club in Nottingham, playing student nights and regular club nights to 1200 capacity crowds. But I also began DJing at Nottingham’s top underground house nights. I took these three different types of music and blended them with other styles to create my own nights.

Soon, I had to decide whether to keep my job as an electronics engineer with the Ministry of Defence, or commit to being a DJ. So I left the MoD to spend my life partying with other professional, fun-loving people like you. I moved to the Alps, playing full-on party music for holiday-makers and season workers. When I came home, I started running successful club nights in Cambridge and began DJing at clubs, parties, festivals and events all over the UK and Europe.

Now, I live in Brighton with my partner Roz, and I DJ at local, national and international events. I’m not a ‘super-cool’ DJ, or someone who won’t understand your taste, or your guests’ taste, in music. I’ve built my life around building parties for all sorts people, so I understand how to get everybody dancing together. I have 20 years experience in making people have fun and enjoy themselves, which means I always enjoy myself too.
